Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates MinneMagnets charges $8 flat rate shipping on all orders under $40 and ships for FREE on orders over $40. Estimated delivery times vary by location, but you should expect to receive your magnets within 5 business days. 

Order Changes & Cancellations Because our products are custom-made, changes or cancellations must be requested within 8-hours of placing your order. After production has begun, we are unable to make changes.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@minnemagnets.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
